Building on the information I have gathered from your initial consultation, your follow up appointment will be planned around your needs and progress at the time helping you on the pathway to meet your objectives.

3-month consultation package
£380
One Initial Consultation of 90 minutes which will include an in depth investigation into your health and medical history, current health, presenting signs and symptoms and a detailed mapping of your body systems.
Using this information I will then build a personalised naturopathic plan with detailed guidance and supplement recommendations (when necessary).
Pre-consultation questionnaire and food diary
Initial consultation of 90 minutes.
First follow up consultation of 60 minutes after 2 weeks
Second follow up consultation of 60 minutes after 6 weeks
3-Month review of 90 minutes
Includes ongoing email and telephone support

6-month consultation package

I am happy to adapt packages to suit your needs.
I always follow the ‘food first’ principle to healing through the nutrition. In some cases comprehensive private laboratory testing can reveal underlying nutritional issues that may otherwise be difficult to detect. The cost of functional testing is additional to the cost of a nutritional consultation.
Online consultations are available and I am able to offer face to face consultations either in East Stour, Dorset (at J Bee Beauty, SP8 5JT), or at my Practice at home in Mere, Wiltshire.
