What you’ll get

  • A revision of your main health concerns.

  • An evaluation of your medical and health history, family history and any presenting symptoms, a review of your past and recent medical interventions and any supporting and alternative therapies you may have used.

  • An investigation into how each of your body systems are working. Many of the body systems are inextricably linked and function on multiple levels leading to your current health status.

  • An evaluation of your current dietary and lifestyle routines and how this may be impacting on your health.

  • A personalised nutrition plan which will include a simplified description of the links between your medical history, events, your diet and lifestyle and your current health concerns. This can really help to motivate you and give you confidence in following your plan. I always aim to set realistic goals centered around you.

  • Support and guidance on which foods you should be increasing, replacing or avoiding.

  • I will produce your plan for you within 5 working days.

  • Your plan may include recommendations for researched and quality nutritional supplements along with a clear brief explanation of the benefits, dosages and instructions.
